The sale price of the home expressed as a percentage of the list price at the time an offer was accepted.
Examples based on $400,000 list price:
$395,000 = 98.75%
$400,000 = 100%
$405,000 = 101.25%
Sale Price to Original List Price Ratio -
The sale price of the home expressed as a percentage of the list price from when the home was originally listed on day one.
Months of Inventory -
The number of months it would take for all actively listed homes to sell, based on the current rate of consumption, if no other homes were listed. This helps us determine if we are in a Buyer's Market or a Seller's Market.
