All reports are generated after the 5th of each month to allow time for data from the previous month to be entered and updated. It is possible that even after that, some sales data may fluctuate slightly as new sales data is updated. All information generated in these reports was gathered from the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS® and the FlexMLS system.
